That black spray painted ones. Ok ..my next step would be checking the big snap ring and make sure it's thick enough to hold it tight.

Darn!! Was hoping that would do it! Ok...are they a brand name lockout? Like warn etc? I've run into some that were a no name brand and the guts weren't made right.

Ok still pretty far!! That's neat you got the crank pulley from them...my son bought everything they had cucv wise a few months ago. I got those pulleys coming out my nose!!

So the bolts break for the muffler support, then break the pipe out of the muffler. Yeah, I'd want to make that stronger somehow before it breaks. I have a 531 genset, so I know how much that vibrates being a single cylinder as well. Going to the auto world spring loaded gasket mounts are used...
How did you fix that? Replace the bolts with higher grade? You weld brackets on the manifold to make it not break? Could be something he could use to make his machine safer to run.

I'm really curious about that exhaust setup he's made! Looks great. The gas furnace exhaust fan is a great idea. What's the 55 gallon drum do? I've seen those 1800 watt inverters on gov planet I bet they have a solid sine wave. I never bought one thinking it wasn't big enough but probably works...
Well I'm not sure how this works. I think they call these cucv 3s or 2s? I looked at all the pics but I didn't see any badging showing u
Its shipping weight or how to lift it. How do you know that it is a military ambulance?

Go for the chrome! Are you doing the same thing with the rear window crank? I have a nos nsn rear crank that is chrome but it doesn't have the handle part of the crank that flips open just the short nub where the lock would go. Tough to figure out what was stock and what changed with parts...
I haven't put much stock in those stop leak things, they will swell up the front seal a little bit if it's leaking a little. On a hose it's a no go. I usually just get a reman pump and pop it in the case. As far as the line if the rest is ok just get another end and double flare the line. I'd...
They're the ones I run on everything, have for decades. If you have the proper crimp tool and do it right you'll never have a problem. They have a connector key right on the top. I found the plastic ends on digikey. They have a bunch until they are out of stock going obsolete.
I had those terminals and plastic ends saved in my Amazon store. I went with the 60g though so I didn't replace them. I'll look for it.

If you have dexron 3 in it that'll clean it out some. Could flush it a few times with more then work over into the clear power steering fluid. Only time you'd know if you're in a cold climate the steering for the first 20 seconds is a little tight since it's thicker. Tm calls for dexron 3 for...
I've got about 75 kits on hand right now for those. It's the double o gasket that is the one that goes where you pointed to. There's a few videos out there plus it makes it nice to have the booster nut socket too. Nothing magical about it. Brake master I don't have kits for but they're easier...
The booster is just a gasket. Pretty easy to change. Tons of kits out there. The master fits the 1 ton I think. I don't have that store around me so not sure exactly what it is.
