I used my hydraulic crimp tool made for those big lugs. I had to find thick shrink wrap with the sealing glue inside but it worked easy. I see the reason to use solder as well but i didn't as the lugs were very deep so I had plenty of contact surface with the lug.

I'd add what type of wire your trying to put on a reel...solid wire doesn't like being bent around but if you have "welding wire" type wire those can be wound up in certain diameters without issue. Are you storing the wire inside or under cover? This goes into what type of wire you have...some...
I don't think there's shims involved with these starters. Yes there is 2 types of brackets depending on which starter you have. Here in the states both are available on Amazon but I'm not sure how you'll get one where you are. I have a few of both! I have a mixed bunch of starters on all mine...
You're taking it to literally...19.1 was a joke that I know you don't get...the bolt length was an estimate by me of 3/4 of an inch...which is 19.10 mm...the joke is, I listed the metric thread with a English inch...they don't mix.
Find a bolt 8x1.25 in a few lengths and see which one works...
Are you looking for the bolt thread pitch and size that goes in the block for the starter brace? If I remember right it is a 8mm x 1.25 pitch 3/4 inch long.

The sway bar is a bear to hook up!! I think they make drop kits to use with a lift kit since they don't like to reach.

Those cross bars like to rust bad. Was one of the first things I found nos and bought several. I got some pintle mounts too. Those mounts you replaced would be hard to find I think they're part of the frame? You still have that roller frame?

Oh geez..if you go by it showing high that's not good! Wonder if that gage is really off or you're not charging at all. Have you checked the battery with the voltmeter yet?

That adds up! I'd wait about 20 minutes after you start it to make sure the batteries are kinda recharged from starting it too. Typically I'll check the batteries in the morning before I start it to see where they are then start it and let it run and see where it lands...by tech the one...
29 or so is about right! Running that is..each alternator does 14.5 or so...depending on battery condition and resistance in the battery cables are what you'll get.

That firewall does look awesome!! I haven't seen a non ac factory style heat sound matt for a long time. If you want the heat and sound reduction the lizard skin I've been using works great. You can paint it back to the green and not really know it was done. I know you're going for the factory...
