    How to unload an M35A2

I'm right there with you I've always felt we as Americans are pretty kindred with Russians and Aussies in some of those regards. Lots of wide open spaces lots of ingenuity and resourcefully thinking and pretty independent spirits. I'm constantly impressed by things I see on YouTube under the...

    How to unload an M35A2

This is funny but they got it done : ) When my deuce showed up it was towing a 105 and they had driven it on to a lowboy trailer front on so we had to back it off down ramps. The only issue was that the ramps were maybe 18 in wide so I had to hit it perfectly coming back off the trailer...

What did you do to your deuce this week?

Got in my gear reduction starter from user 74M35A2 (y) Now just got to find the thread(s) on how to convert over and wait for it to get back to where I can feel my hands outside again. Why is it always freezing out whenever i need to work on vehicles or want to go shooting? : \

Shift lever "neutral return" spring tension in only one direction

Reading comprehension on my part, I didn't read your post carefully enough and read shift "lever" rather than "plate" : ) Updated and fixed

I'm going to bump this thread to ask a related question - I have several take-off frames, but w/o glass. Where have y'all gone to get glass cut for these?

Shift lever "neutral return" spring tension in only one direction

Nice to meet another Elijah on the site (not too many of us around : ) My brother had an A2 and I'm almost certain that it had a definitive return to center. That being said his and mine are the only 2 that I've ever driven so open to hearing otherwise

Shift lever "neutral return" spring tension in only one direction

After reading up about sloppy shift levers I went and tightened the nut on the shaft to better grip on the stub shaft, that definitely helped the play (pretty much solved it). However what I'm now noticing (couldn't even tell before with all the play) is that the spring to return the shifter to...

What did you do to your deuce this week?

Nice, though I guess it says something about me that I'm more so drooling over your large set of cribbing blocks on the left in the picture than I am the steering setup :D

What did you do to your deuce this week?

Today I messaged a member about getting a replacement starter. It hasn't moved since Oct 2019 when I blew my starter up and wasted a brand new battery - time to get it going again! Plus, I need to burn the burn-pile and its too close : )

What did you do to your deuce this week?

Today I think I saved mine from burning down in an electrical fire : / Had an issue this weekend with the starter not turning over and the solenoid staying open. Figured it was low juice in the batts so put in 2x new ones. Still didnt start and having the issue of the solenoid staying open and...
