G'day everyone,.... How about a simple bolt with a hole drilled through it? You just put a padlock through the hole in the bolt. Hole in tool handle go's over bolt, tool then secured by padlock. Simple enough? Aussie.

G'day everyone,.... Can't add to much to whats been said so far but if your going to store any weight like you propose for any length of time you may want to put the trailer up on blocks by the frame so any weight is off the axle ect,... Put blocks on the chassis rails at front and rear...

G'day everyone,..... Sounds like the bypass valve is stuck. I'd say since its been sitting so long oil has dried and gummed up the valve and now its jammed. Just my thoughts. Aussie.

G'day everyone,..... Had a look at what seems to be in the locking pin hole and its a rolled up piece of paper,... Looks like a document relevant for the trailer maybe. I'd say the reason the landing gear isn't down is because whoever parked it there was just to lazy to use it. Great...
