    Thanks everyone. My shifter boot was fabricated in our shop. I made it out of a 1/8" Aluminum and milled out the center. Then I drilled the holes and deburred it and lastly engraved it on an engraving machine, before painting. The rubber was just some stuff we had laying around that I cut to...

    What did you do to your deuce this week?

    I installed the transfer case shifter boot. I tried to use the shifter boot that I’ve seen others use here (Mr. Gasket, I believe?) and it didn’t look like it was going to work without tearing when the transfer case was in low range. So I had to go an alternative route.
