The courtesy outlet isn't made for heavy loads. If it were me I'd wire in a 120 outlet to the panel

    MISSING MEP-003A FUEL PUMP

Yes you can run with 1 pump. There should be 3 total. 2 in the prime run circuit and the last (with solenoid) on the aux fuel circuit

MEP-002A, will Start, Run then dies....any suggestions?

The breaker on the generator is designed to protect the generator. I am not completely sold personally on the how effective that particular breaker is (too many mixed results). Also you dont have to go too oversized in the feeder.

thats what breakers are for, to protect the wire. the panel main would protect the wire from the set to the panel

What I would do is set the panel up for the largest load.

It has an absolute value of 100 due to 120 single phase, but the trip points change based on mode. What is your planned use ?

It won't get as hot and can lead to wet stacking but that's an easy fix What you shouldn't do is run the engine at idle (or really low speeds). This can make the avr strain

this jumper bypasses the high temp and low oil cutoff. It should only be jumped for testing. if you remove it and the set no longer stays running you have a bad hi temp switch, low oil switch or wiring in that circuit

You can use a line voltage frequency meter, you need to bypass the transfer in the control cube. Look for the square silver box
