My M35A2 is NMC in Columbus GA

Air shift transfer case? I'd say pull the short shaft and check the trans. You can narrow things pretty quickly with minor time involved.

    1968 M35a2 over heating

First thought would be to verify coolant temp. If you are in fact running hot, I'd look for a radiator place that can rod the core. That means the tubes might be clogged and they will run a rod through to clear any stopped up tubes.

How to remove the Fuel Shutoff Rod on the IP

So, have you gotten an estimate from this diesel place? Prices can shoot up quickly. I would think you'd be better off buying an ip off ebay or from a reputable dealer like White Owl or Boyce equipment. Off the cuff, it sounds like the front half of you ip is toast.

    Clutch fork

If using the stock trans, I'm betting you'd need the 715 version. Might need to swap out the throw-out bearing, but since the 715 fork should be on hand, I'd start there.

    Tall cargo cover

I have used a hemtt cargo cover and an lmtv cover. Both were better than stock height wise. I ended up using the hemtt bows with an lmtv cover and that is perfect imho. Mine is not on the truck 100% of the time, but it is on more than its off. The only issues I've run into is when driving with...

Lots of gasoline-compatible sealants out there. Hard to say what was used 50yrs ago.

    Glues/Adhesives

Primer increases bond strength too. Hard to say what's best, maybe contact the panel board and see what they recommend.

    Help needed PTO won’t disengage

You should have 2 controls for that pto. One should be on the floor by the transmission tunnel, the other should be on your left, between the cab and the seat. The one on the floor should control the winch only. It has (i believe) two speeds and reverse. The one on the left should be on (up...
