    Ironman 30mm spacers

I used to do this also in another life. Yes it will lift the truck. If you are going to go as far as pulling the springs to install them you should if you has the loose cash to just buy new springs. Not sure about a 2.5" lift. Just how thick are these spaces? Just to show my age the company...

    1999 M1097 4 speed 6.5L seized motor

The marvel trick has been used for 100 years. Great stuff and it does work. I had an old 283 chevy boat motor that I bought locked. Pulled the plugs and squirted in some Mavel oil then let it sit for a couple days. Came up with my own little trick. Took a remote cabled start button and...

715 with 6BT cooling fan options

You know from tge pics you just "Might" have enough room for a flex fan and it just bolts up to the water pump without the clutch setup. Just a thought. Mark

715 with 6BT cooling fan options

How about a flex fan? They move a buttload of air and flatten out as the rpm goes up. I have one on a car I have and it made a huge difference compared to the old clutch fan. Just my .02 cents. Mark

    Purchasing new tires

When you buy a used car or truck and the tires seem fine you don't run out and check date codes or just change out the tires just because they're used. If you buy nos tires with a date code of 5 years or less I honestly see no issue at all. When you consider that you can purchase an nos set...

White smoke at idle and driving.

If you timing retard system is working the motor will be louder and rougher on startup. After a few min all of a sudden the motor will get smoother and quieter. It's all in the timing. Mark

What have you done to your HMMWV today/lately

I have those. Much faster on the highway due to less wind resistance.LOL. I like them and they help with cracking that is prone in that area. Mark

    1999 M1097 4 speed 6.5L seized motor

The rings may have rusted to the cylinder walls and sometimes you can get lucky and free it up. Have personally seen it go both ways. Mark

    1999 M1097 4 speed 6.5L seized motor

You don't need the glow plugs above 70 to start the engine. I was starting mine down to 60ish with effort without the glow plugs functioning. While cranking loosen the fuel line to the injector to see if there is fuel pressure. At that temp and no white smoke I doubt you are getting fuel to the...

    35” Tires

35s on the HMMWV will slow down your highway speed by like 4mph. Not desirable in my opinion. Mark
