I have TM1804 (2000) if you want. Pm me. Too big to upload here. Most of it is the same as later years, including the Yanmar engine.

    Is it the M Gator?

if its fuel, its likely the rubber fuel lines. Mine were original to the Gator when I got it. The lines even had the date of 2000 on them.

M1025A2's who bought one of the 8

Not to mention the already saturated market. You can get a non running slant A2 for the same price point as these and sell the sheet metal for 4k plus. The last running A2 I bought was only $8500, almost a year ago.

New member and owner with questions to get 1043A2 started

SPINDLE NUTS!!!! Pretty sure the A2's are OK, but I still verify every one I get. Your spindle nuts are probably secured by the newer lock washers but, I would pull each hub cover to check to be sure, or at least try to get and inspection cam in there to verify. I've seen two HMMWV's on the side...

For the GEP 6.5's its all in the casting numbers. The correct casting numbers for a GEP block (located on the other flange (right side)from the XXXX506 casting numbers) are two digit pairs followed by a letter, for example; 03 17 S which indicates March 17, 2010. GEP began marking this way...

#8 cylinder issue was a Turbo problem. The casting numbers at the rear of the block are the only reliable way to tell what vintage engine you have.

Is this a GEP Navistar block?

Never heard of a Navistar 6.2. For the GEP 6.5's its all in the casting numbers. The correct casting numbers for a GEP block (located on the other flange (right side)from the XXXX506 casting numbers) are two digit pairs followed by a letter, for example; 03 17 S which indicates March 17...

    Humvee pitman arm removal tool

Part number 8150. The biggest one. Grease it up good, use an impact and smack it with a hammer when tight if it doesn't come off easily.

    Humvee pitman arm removal tool

This is the only one that held up for me on a stubborn P-arm. $41 from Amazon, it's an OTC.All the others bent or broke. And don't forget to grease up the threads good.
