I aims to find out! I have 275 gallons of WMO, WVO and gas mixed up in a huge tank just waiting for it's turn to burn through my engine! I plan to pump 100 gallons into 2 barrels strapped into the bed and hit the road.
Heck I would be in! I would love to get that 5 ton out there with some other people capable of helping if needed. No ATV's, but I am an awesome camp cook.
Yes you are right, I am not sure how that happened either. I appologize, I will delete the post.
There are many people here who need to get off thier high horse about voting. It's kind of funny listening to some people use this "issue" of voting to place themselves above everyone else and...
The year on the titles are very often wrong. It's probably a mid to late 60's. Mine is titled as a '74 but it's a '67. When they make the leap from Mil to Civi there is not much effort put into making sure the titles are accurate.
Good advice about using the pump. I have spent a lot of time looking at yours already.

Thanks for the advice. I will post pictures of the whole thing-a-ma-jigger when I return from hunting next...

I...
Well, lots of ways to skin a cat. Gotta work with what you have. Or what you can afford. The sockets are $35 to $75 each. I can't afford that for something I may not ever use again.
It's nice to say that if you are going to work on something then use the right tools or don't work on it at...
Dont really need the socket. A small hammer and a dull chisel work wonderfully. You will probably find chisel marks on all of the axle nuts already from past jobs. Most of the military mechanics did it that way as well.

Here is a procedure I put together on my 5 ton. Should be similar.
Well I have decided that I will be able to keep the truck. I was able to sell some other crap and pay off a few bills and get the Wagoneer almost finished up, just need a torque converter now and a couple of weekends in the shop. I was able to work double shifts for 3 weeks and that paid off...
