The truck started at life on February 1986 as a M 1028. It's first assignment was at camp Guernsey Wyoming for the Wyoming army national guard training and then got upgraded by General Motors to a M1028A1 in 1997. As time went by it...
The top air vent. Can use used by letting air out for the bottom plug or to pressurize the fuel system from the tank or to put a vacuum pump to suck Air from the system they all work
My dash pad from usa1 fits like a charm ..might need to trim a little bit.. and the color was black to start off with. Factory GM dash pads where mahogany replacements where gray or other colors
The color was called GM bronze but it's a mahogany color. It's a gm military color only civi colors wont match. USA1 industries has the spray dye. This is my M1028A1 inside the seat covers are stock gm but dash pad a door panels are sprayed to match
The CD-R valve looks like this pasanger side next to the air cleaner.. clean it like doghead said then spray WD-40 inside it to lube it up again but it should never be more then oil mist if it is then your engine is getting worn out.
