Easy there bud, one post is more than enough. You can also download the Technical Manuals or "TMs" as they are often referred to. Multiple posts on the same question are not helpful and just clutter things up.

What has worked for myself and others as recently as this week is to walk in, provide the SF 97 and other pertinent information and walk out with a title and tabs. It sounds like the office is the problem.
It could also be the approach used, don't go in there and offer a ton of irrelevant...
You need to go to a different office. Don't cloud the issue with your past experience, go in like it's the first time.

Notice the key part to this is if the SF97 says "off-road use only". Just like I said above...... so before everybody panics and freaks out, just go in and ask them nicely. [emoji846]

She said as long as the SF 97 from government or govplanet paperwork doesn't say "off-road use only" they will do it.

I am walking out of the license office in Olympia, just licensed a M925a2 without issue. I had the sf97 and gov planet paperwork from January of 2016. No problems at all. Issue is probably with uninformed agents or guys trying to license for business or commercial use.

Haven't had any issues with mine. No letters in the mail and no problems at all. Did they quote a specific RCW? Something must have changed because they can't just wake up and decide that.

Read this entire thread because I was looking at a boat with a 6.5 marine and wanted to learn a little more about them. It's a pass now! I've heard the 6.2 is a turd and the 6.5 is a little better but so many issues! Looks like I'll be running away from this or lowball offer and pulling it...
Why didn't you just install on firewall in cab? Plenty room for a heater there and it works better when in the cab. Tucks up out of the way too. Don't get me wrong, looks like you did a nice job but the crazy amount of time, $$ and labor gave you an inferior heater. If you have this kind...
I'm not looking for a project other than installing the top. I have no issue doing some future repairs if needed, I just need a dry top for the winter on my dump truck. Plan is to rhino line the inside before install for additional insulation and sound deadening.

Hello all,
Has anyone purchased a fiberglass hard top from Idaho Motor Pool? I'm curious about quality and fitment.
I can't find one in western Washington so it looks like I'll be making the trek to Idaho to get one. Just want to make sure I'm not headed there just to be disappointed...
Did you send yours in to rebuild or did they send you a rebuilt one and you sent yours as a core?
If you sent yours in for rebuild, they need to make this right on their dime. If yours was sent back as a core, that could be a gray area but any good shop should make it right for you.
I'm sure...
If it's not causing any driving issues and not getting worse, don't sweat it. I've never driven a truck (Military or civi) that didn't lose most or all of its air in 4 hours or less.

What causes the clutch friction parts to disintegrate like this? Could this be attributed to using motor oil versus transmission fluid in the transmission?
I'm no transmission expert but an oil specifically designed for a transmission with internal clutches seems like it would support a...
