I have replaced several Goodyear tires so far from feltz tire at about the cost of $300 ish per tire for unused tires about 5 years old delivered from Wisconsin. But for new you will pay up to 2K per tire. Guys I talked to at Miramar with a very HIMARS truck said they prefer the Michelin XZL...
Thanks I do have an existing set on there the problem is after 3 years one side has rotted in the Sun and started falling apart. I could just match the side that hasn't rotted yet because it was always shaded, however it has stretched out a little and i would kind of prefer a cut list if that...
I'm selling the woodland camo bed of my M1083 so I can turn it into a camper. Includes everything but the actual troop seats but has the troop seat framework. I'm in San Diego County California. Tan vinyl cargo cover and framework available separately or as a package deal. Bed is complete...
Dan, I'm mounting that same box to an M1083. How is it mounted to that truck? Any chance you can give you some pictures of the mounting situation and if it uses some sort of springs and spring bolts do you have the specs of those?
Call McMaster and tell them the size that you're looking for. They pretty much have the best customer service on the web in addition to the best website for buying hardware. They're able to get more items than are listed they just list the most popular ones. Technically there isn't anything...
I don't remember the thread or length but check here. This won't be the least expensive place but it will be the most convenient

Does anyone know where the information is or can just provide the information for the standard cut lengths for the different pieces of rubber cord used to make up the cargo cover tie down on an M1083?
I found the best prices for the official 5/16" shock cord hooks from defender.com and I found...
I'm not sure whether or not I'm able to make it this year seems like every year I'm not able to make it but there will be a Trump rally at 5:00 p.m. in Coachella this Saturday! Perhaps can combine the two events.
I started out my career using AutoCAD, AutoCAD is made by Autodesk which also makes the fusion product. However when SolidWorks came out I switched to that, and haven't used AutoCAD or any other Autodesk product much since. There are a lot of cool features in fusion but I haven't had much of...
Many waterjet places will charge you about $100 minimum charge to cut out complex shapes and sometimes that even includes the price of the material. You do have to send them a dxf file or very clear dimensions. This would probably be better than 3D printing for this application. I have used...
I can help you with that. Give me the dimensions you know about and the dimensions of things you'd like and we could work from there. I've already revers engineered half of my truck and the entire habitat. I use SolidWorks. They do have a SolidWorks version for tinkers that's very cheap, and...
Got any cool pictures of what you've done to the interior of the shelter? I'm always looking for ideas! My shelter is 90% ideas 10% actual things having been done to it!
Thanks for the info. Out of more good curiosity later I'm going to reread all that just to see if there is any mention. Also it doesn't hurt to review the information that I've likely started to forget!
My thought is to check the rotational alignment of the beadlocker or run flat with the ctis valve on the rim. With the beadlocker ring to the ctis I know the alignment is critical otherwise you will be out of balance. I don't know was run flat but I would assume that would also be the case...
