I don't yet agree that it would bind up, why would it? It may be that the 2 gears would need to have both even numbers of teeth.
OK I am not sure this will not work, you have a driven gear and a fixed gear with the spider gear assembly fixed to the hub. If you increase the driven gear and...
Hi, sorry that is not always true. The ratio is that of the drive gear and the fixed gear. So the axle drives a bevel gear and there is a fixed gear on the axle housing with spider gears fixed to the hub. If the 2 gears involved are both 24 tooth like I think, it will be 2:1 reduction and turn...
I know there has been a lot of discussion about 3.5mm being the right size but 4.0mm is readily available and about 50 cents per foot and is just .020 thousandths larger so it goes on just as tight.
Has anyone taken the gen head apart to see if the 3 wires that are internally connected into one can be gotten to? if so it could be made into a 12 wire head (which it already really is) and single phase would be easy.
would be easy to calculate. area of drill holes times 30, set spring to open at that pressure. so if those are 1/2" holes and there are 4 of them it should take 23.55 lbs pressure on stud to open valve meaning it would open at 30 psi.
spring should be on turbo side. looks right to me. timing for an exhaust brake is very simple. i realize it needs to be exact but the days of electronics have been here for quite a while.
i don't see why. simple concept just kick open the exhaust immediately after injection. make rockers with small hyd plunger actuator on valve end, sensor on crank and cam electronics would be easy.
sounds completely normal to me. plug the line not the AD9 and test again. you will have to vent the air somewhere else to trigger the governor, it should turn on compressor near 90 and then turn it off near 120.
that looks like a wrong gauge to me since normal is 90 to 120 gauge should read...
why not just engineer custom rocker arms that will act like a jake with an electronic controller?? you only need 6 of them, should not be that hard to do.
why does the other small line not go to the control port on the AD9? i looked it up and that is what is called for, pressure on control port when compressor is shut off to tell the dryer to purge. that pressure stays there until governor on firewall removes pressure on unloader. of course if...
OK i thought maybe that dryer sent signal to compressor to unload. i see it does not. it works exactly like mine, only accepts pressure to cycle. so that diagram is correct for yours and mine.
i think the diagram is correct. that is exactly the way mine is. the control valve on firewall now has dual purpose. 1 to put pressure to compressor un-loader valves to stop pumping air. 2 to signal air dryer to cycle and vent air first in a burst then in slow manner to expel all water. you...
you should still be able to buy complete rockwell air lockers for the M-621 and they have larger axle shafts as well. there are plenty of them in norway.
