Yeah, this turbo sounds great. Got a decent whistle at speed but is quiet as deuces go when at idle.

I know the turbo in my M35A2 is not a "C" whistler turbo. It does start to whistle when the engine is running at over 2000RPM. Is this a "D" turbo, or do I have one of those oddball LDS turbos? I just told them I needed to insure my M35A2 and that it had collector plates on it. Around here if you have collector plates, you aren't supposed to use it for job work anyways.

I tightened up all the screws nice and snug, then turned on the air. Nothing was moving so I jammed a wire down the exhaust tube. Little by little dust and crud blew out of the tube and suddenly the wiper started working extremely fast. A lot faster than the driver's side wiper motor. I did the...

FWIW, I found out what was wrong with my deuce. I hadn't noticed it before, but the passenger side front tire tread pattern is terribly cupped. It looks like it was mounted previously on a truck that spun the tire in the opposite direction and had been badly worn, probably due to low air...
