I know this isn’t the best solution but before I found them from Hutchinson I was planning to make them. Take a flange nut, machine an oring groove into it then weld an acorn nut or something similar to the outside of it then mill the inside threads to allow air to pass through. Just saying…..

I had that problem with my 2003, if you open up the box ronmar mentioned you will find an electronic device inside causing the problem. When I was looking for it 7 years ago it was $700 new. I found someone parting a truck out and purchased it used for less than $100. But it fixed the stupid light.
I feel responsible for them changing there policies after I figured it all out and shared it with this small community and they felt it was to much of a problem and stopped selling to us.
I have driven over 10,000 miles with the Michelin xzl and the original steel wheels in the last 6 months pretty much full time and I haven’t felt any tire balance issues. Only bad roads and good roads. But I also run them at 85 psi and almost 27,000 lbs fully loaded.
