hey guys I am wiring my humvee brake lights,
I see there are 3 plugs
One is male with two prongs and two female plugs.
can you explain how this switch works ?
my humvee is 12v electrical , I need a signal to the brake lights when pedal is pressed.
thank you
Indeed M1165 uses civilian roof HMC4,
how about 2002 2003 model K series H1? That’s half humvee half H1 basically
That’s used by border patrol
92/93 H1 is 90% humvee
and all 4 speed humvee used civilian transmission 😁
those are LED commercial truck tail lights
Also used in Jeeps, hummer h1 and most other heavy duty trucks
50 bucks for a pair.
I changed it because of the looks, I prefer those, and another reason is, my humvee is 12 v electrical not 24 anymore
if I had 24 v setup I would of kept the original...
The orange peel finish is on purpose,
after initial body work and primer completed, I prayed EverCoat polyester primer at low pressure to achieve that looks,
I wanted 60% texture with high gloss, and it was ✅✅.
The color is from 2023 Nissan, BAJA STORM
hello
Yes I am using the same 80w90 I use on gear hubs,
I have zero leaks or issues, so far 37 hours on the engine timer, including two 600 mile trips.
Towing my 1995 HMC4 HUMMER behind my Tacoma, 570 miles,
This 65.000 GVW bar is a beast, Tacoma didn’t blink towing the H1.
on high grades I had to downshift 3rd and even 2nd gear , Manual transmission.
