At most I figure on coming 4” down the side. There is nothing below the row of footmen along the top edge to attach to. I find most folks don’t want to modify their vehicle to use my products, so I stay within the bounds of stock setup. That said, when I begin offering these if you want...
Not sure what you mean by the "wheelhouses" CharlieB. Please clarify. I am interested in a design that people want to buy, so your inputs are valuable.

Hello all! I’m glad to say I’m back at my sewing table. During my hiatus I acquired a few hundred yards of milspec pvc vinyl and am learning how to sew it.
Some time ago someone asked me if I could make a flat bed cover but I was stumped by how to join it with the curtain. I’ve since learned...
Additionally, one of those wires is 24V+ all the time regardless of the status of the ignition. If you cut it you may see sparks. I second the recommendation to remove it carefully. You will find a buyer in due course for that cabling.

Has a friend whose GF armor-all'd his motorcycle seat, ostensibly to show she cared and wanted to share in his pursuits... The bike went out from under him lickety split!
Someone asked a year or so ago about a bikini top and I gave it some thought. I have never seen a Jeep one, so am kind of flying blind. I'm interested in exploring a 4 man bikini top, if you are Honor First.
I'll give a +1 for William Welch. His work looks great, and he is well set up for...
I've replaced a few the same way, using double polished marine vinyl. Made them larger, so that one can actually see out the window. Enables a rear view mirror inside too, if you don't have anything else in the way. Still hard to see nearby behind you, because of the height of the tailgate and...
Agreed. It's setup that way now, both Trans and TC in bypass, to get me home*. I've not driven much since (on purpose). I still have to choose whether to add the transfer case to the cooling loop when I replace the transmission. I did buy an oil and ATF cooler already, having decided it was best...
This happened to me last Summer, I am in process of replacing all cooling loop hardware and getting a new transmission... Still looking for one. Hard to find time. I can say with certainty, my transmission/transfer case interface is NOT a closed loop, because all the ATF in my transmission...
Check if your transfer case is part of the cooling loop for the transmission. Mine is. I thought ALL were. This means your transfer case fluid is the same as the automatic transmission and is being constantly shared/changed.

Hissing is totally normal. I put a folded chunk of motorcycle inner tube around mine. Part of owning a HMMWV. Sometimes hisses, sometimes doesn't.
Welcome to the club!

I have the PRC-320, if memory serves, and it's a fine radio. Got the vehicle charging power supply and some other bits for mounting from a British seller. Last I looked his inventory was very depleted, but yes there are other EU sellers with plenty of these radios. My challenge has been adapting...
I ponied up for the mid-range jack, it's hydraulic and claimed to be OK for 2000lb. I think that's the one you're referring to.

Also appreciate the tip for the TCase alignment trick. Besides the transmission jack I...
Thanks for this advice and info RWH. I was told by someone else to pull the trans and Tcase together. Is that also your practice?
For the engine, I have a motorcycle lift handy that I can put some big blocks of wood on. I think that would support the engine just fine.
Much appreciated.
