That frame is aftermarket, part of a complete fiberglass front end. Usually with a P2000 tag on it.

There are those of us that prefer Hella 7" housings and Osram 24V 70/75W H4 lamps in them. Razor sharp focus, without the diffusion all LED headlights have. In other words, they aren't "rude" to oncoming drivers.

I've used Nickle 88 rods for welding cast iron, had decent results there.

I've had good luck with that blue stuff in Diesels by Mercedes, Ford, and Detroit. Seems contact with dry air causes it to coagulate and seal up. Kinda' like humans do when cut...

I never tried the dishwashing stuff, it might be just fine. Pine-Sol turns white in water, and get really grey in the first run. One can tell when very little oil is left when it comes out white.

As a note to your working on this, a pint of Pine-Sol and water fill makes easy work out of removing all the oil from a cooling system. Run it up to thermostat temp, then drain. I usually flush it out 4 times, and refill with new coolant/h2o mix.

Looks to be a much better performer than HF or other econo winches. You get what you pay for...

Anyone with a 1-1/2 trailer needs a Highlift jack. That and working trailer handbrakes make the solo job bunches easier.

Looks to have the same gear case and overall confirmation as the Harbor Freight 12,000's. I have several of them, and they do have niggling problems: 1..The onboard control relay will fail prematurely. 2..The remote control switches will fail as well. 3..The drum brake can not hold back a load...

Well, I'm lucky just to find any good trailers with landing gear remaining...

Now you know why the acquisition cost to Uncle Sam is so high on milspec gear. Otherwise they'd be using Harbor Freight gensets...
