I'm looking for a breakdown of the racks on my M105A2 and coming up empty. I've looked for a manual other than the 1990 to no avail. The 1990 manual only lists the full assemblies and I'm looking for the NSN for the corner stakes. Maybe I'm missing it somewhere? Any help would be greatly...
I'm just about as far as I can get from you. Spokane WA. I've found a few here in the PNW but all of them have been as bad as what are on the truck. It looks like Feltz Tire still has them but the fact that they are stored outside in the Texas sun and heat concerns me.
Back on the Deuce and I'm in need of tires. I was told that the Titan T-Hawk 373's are long since out of production. Is that correct and if so what are we going to for replacements? I'd like to stay with the Titan 373's if at all possible. Or are we stuck with Deestone D501's now? I've found two...
Kicking an old one up for a question. I have seen the basic flow diagram for the cooling system but I'm not really finding anything on the water pump ports. I'm piecing together a coolant filter system and I have the heater installed on my truck. rather than tapping into the thermostat housing...
I just got out of the diesel performance industry after 20 year of running my own shop and I can tell you first hand that aftermarket air filter are one of the most overrated products out there. On the other hand stock paper elements are one of the most underrated.
The only way to properly...
I have one of the monsters 6" blocks from a 5 ton (or larger) and they are and handful for my old bones. I had two different leads on correct NSN 3940-00-111-6693 SWL 5T 6" deuce blocks but both sellers went radio silent. I'll keep hunting...
If I read this old thread correctly the answer is no but that may have changed. Still a great thread to read through. I'm surprised that it isn't pinned.

On the subject of winching how about snatch blocks. We all know the correct calculation for 1/2" wire rope requires a 6" pulley sheave but it seems nearly impossible to find that combination. Over the last few weeks of looking and reading old threads they all appear to stop at 4" pulleys for...
Thank you jasonjc. That's exactly what I was looking for. It appears that there are slight variations in the hooks over the years as noted by the mounting tab for a lock lever on yours. That's a very large hook to be marked 1/2". Probably why it's been so tough for me to match.
The WC63 along with a WC59 are both at my house. Unfortunately both are missing the windshield assemblies. Without those both are dead in the water but, the hunt continues. =)
Exactly. While I was cleaning out the toolbox I found what appears to be a NOS snatch block shoved all the way forward. Unfortunately it appears to the the 10T 5/8" wire version. Still haven't been able to find a correct 6" block for 1/2" wire.
