    Check your starter screws

Loose bolts all over are pretty common. Some of it may be due to vibration. Alot of it is due to bad practices by the previous owner though.

A line. Only thing that will be a pain is getting a clamp on valve to fit with the cover back on.

    AcuTemp Refrigerator

Yup little hole in one of the lines. No service valves. Looks like they used one of those quick valves you can clamp onto a line.

    Crimper model numbers

For the female packards I use a snapon pwcss7cf. Which does regular small terminals and is also a wire stripper. Very handy tool. For the male packards I use a daniels af8.

    AcuTemp Refrigerator

Strange. A high end piece of equipment like this would need to be serviceable.

    AcuTemp Refrigerator

I just got one in its drained too. Havent opened it to see the connections. I was just going to vac it down and charge it to spec. Thanks for the details. I have some older programs I have been able to run in win10. You can set it for xp compatibility mode and the program will usually work.

You can air it up with the front red gladhand also. But it will release the brakes regardless of dash valve position. The foot pedal will still function though.

If the brakes work you can usually remove one of the air drain valves and screw in a regular air tool nipple and air up with a compressor and you will have brakes. You can pull it off the trailer with another vehicle and some straps. If the brakes are caged and you air it up and release the...

FMTV - 24/12 Converter instead of the Niehoff dual-voltage alternator?

Simp has some cat ones in the classifieds that might bolt up. Have to measure. I get good used original alts from time to time but they are pricey. Big demand for alts. With the converter you can be connected directly to the 12v from the batts. And use the converter/equalizer to keep the batts...

FMTV - 24/12 Converter instead of the Niehoff dual-voltage alternator?

The double alt will work on first gen trucks. May be issues with an a1 though.

They look like electrical connections for solenoid valves. Maybe pre wired for winch or dump control.

    MEP-007a oil filters

New to me, never had one before 007a. I thought the oil filters were the same as the 006a they seem to fit in the canister but the o rings are too small to seal the canisters to the housings. The fuel filters look like the standard older mil gen ones like the m35 uses. Anyone with any experience...

    A1R winch rear fairlead mounts?

I would think there would be the rollers in an assembly bolted off the side of the frame rail. That would still put it in the same location.

Drivers side under the dash is the data plate with vin. Letters and numbers painted on the vehicle are its mil reg number.
