Sounds like your line pressure valve might have been a little stuck and has now decided to move. It's in the front pump so it can get dirty in there if the filter gets messy. From what you described it is shifting at normal speeds so the TV should be set up ok. Mine shifted crazy hard and...
I think you're talking about the fuse upgrade...I think there's a tsb on that somewhere. If you hunt in here like the stickies in the tm section it should be there. Have fun with the 803!! Love mine.

I hear that! Could be a hook it up and see if it leaks. It doesn't hurt to take the box out though and put new felt on the flapper doors to seal up. No need in helping heating up the inside in the summer!
Nice!! You think 2 gallons will do the entire body? Are you doing the fiberglass top with that too? I used a gallon on the blazer when we painted it last summer but only the outside and not the top. He did do several coats though. It is still black fade paint. Can't wait to see it painted.
That's a nice one! Looks clean plus no rips in the seat! Looking through the pics it looks like the heater core isn't hooked up which where you are doesn't matter!
What's the little toggle switch under the steering column do?
Also me looking at the drivers side alternator it looks like a plug...
This is a great thread. Enjoy reading all that you've done and figured out. I have a question about that overflow. It looks like the overflow hose is connected to the bottle on the top and bottom. In the loop it looks like it tees off and goes under the radiator?? Weird. Anyhow...when you remove...
I've seen a few and they do spit out a good bit of goop smoke once they get hot. I think it was a youtube link but can't remember

So haven't posted on the new 1009 in a bit but he's got the engine back together with a flowkooler water pump. Swapped ip from one of his spare engines. He's painted or cold blackened everything under the hood. Had a fun run to a surplus store too...yes that a nos rim for a 1009, harmonic...
I don't know how you're calculating that load...the ac compressor start up amps is probably close to 100 amps...the pool pump who knows...I'd do a soft start on the ac and pool pump. They will knock that down to about a third in start up load. I'd bet the 803 can handle it though. You can...
So I gotta ask...how much vibration is actually happening? Is the engine bouncing around or is it just loud and clanky...Is everything tight like belts and air cleaner lids? How old is the fuel? Have you run a cleaner through it yet? What oil are you using? How many hours are on it? Does...
I've never seen one for sale anywhere. I'm not sure if it's in the tm to get a part number to see if there's any out there nos.

Have you tried to unhook the fuel line going to the ip after the filter and see if fuel comes out with good flow? Gotta be something weird. I've had new parts or thought they were good parts not work like they should...possibly hook a pressure gage to it to?? The electric pump should prime...
You can use that wire to activate a relay for the block but not to power it...you'd need a dedicated fused line to a deep sea block or something like it with fuses built in it. There's no way that wire will hold that much current. If you can find a rear radio wire set you can run that to the...
Oh dang that doesn't look bad at all then...that pic is of mine when I got it at like 150 hours..yeah with 4700 hours you might have some mechanical issues like stuck or even a broken ring...especially since it might be eating oil...any in the coolant by chance? At least it makes power but might...
