recent problem with Wolverine Technologies LLC

Yes he is at fault. But, what kind of alternator did you buy for $1150?

M925A2 Front Winch Broke under load

Send me your fuel pump, we’ll weld that up at the same time.

M925A2 Front Winch Broke under load

At this point, if the threads are knarfed, see if you can drill tap to next size up, metric or inch. Then, regardless, switch it to full depth engagement studs which have been Loc-Tite'd in, now that it is weak and been pulled out once. Then re-attach with thick flat washers and nyloc nuts...

    Smaller Steering Wheel

I can totally see this, actually. The wheel diameter looks like a carry-over from the non-power steering days. That’s a picture I snapped of Simp the last time he was up in Michigan, on our way to the Yacht Club for lunch.

M925A2 Front Winch Broke under load

Winch is 200’ of 5/8” cable, unless it came with a level wind, then it has 250’ on it. Relief pressure is 1,800psi, built into the control valve. Exterior gauge is risk of breaking off, unless just for testing and then plug the port.

New guy here (again): Can I pull a pup dump trailer with M939? Air brake question...

Smart of you to ask ahead of time. Trailer air should be as Simp said, one port is Emergency (constant air supply to trailer), and one port is Service (brake pedal air "signal" to apply trailer brakes). There is a guy who makes 24v mil to 12v civilian trailer conversion adapters. I was lazy...

M925A2 Front Winch Broke under load

I know of a complete stock replacement winch in FL for $500. Sounds like yours was weak anyway. Mine pulled me out of mud to the top of the tires, no problem, single line.

Personal heater and engine coolant heaters in the tm

Yes. I have 2 personnel ones, new old stock. $500ea, 100% complete. 30,000BTU. The coolant ones are a bit more obscure. Most I have seen are non-functioning or in parts.

1988 Harsco M936A2 Front axle Engagement

    1. It is likely 30wt engine oil, as originally applied. Works fine, as does ATF fluid. ATF is red, as you would expect. 2-5 answered above.

Rear suspension for 5 ton bob

A pressure switch is added to the trans for reverse lights. 3 minute job. Switched power can be taken from the dash switch, or anything powered by it. Heater blower switch is probably easiest to get to, and has both 12v and 24v going to it.

Nice pic of your nuts, simp.

    M925 winch

I’d guess at least $500, closer to $1,000 if all the correct frame extension pieces are there. Others may know better though, but I do know where I can buy one for that price, so that’s my reference.

Airbrake hand controller 'Trolley valve' install assistance needed.

I can. If they push the “Spring Brake Override”, then lost air, she’s a runaway train. Rare situation to happen though. It is scary how many people don’t understand what that dash valve does on the M939xx’s. Would be better if not there, or labeled “Spring Emergency/Parking Brake Disable”...

    Emergency rescue operations M929a2 prep

The water coming through the windshield videos is what made me buy my truck to begin with. They can do it, but then the amount of work needed for maintenance to do it again reliably several years later is just completely astronomical. Most things on the truck will work underwater, but are not...

Because they are not DOT approved.

Airbrake hand controller 'Trolley valve' install assistance needed.

It is not DOT approved. There is no such thing. The maker of the fitting is indicating it to meet DOT requirements, which it likely does. Crops of them out of China which also say the same, and may not really have the paperwork for traceability of such.

    Ummmm, nothing:
