I would add that anything exposed to UV, like air hoses for the brakes, should be suspect. They get brittle. Not hard nor expensive to replace, there are just 1000's of them lol Get your wife involved.
Honestly, you're much better off to learn how to do the work yourself by educating yourself and buying a few tools and asking questions. Then you will know how to fix it in the future. Nothing is that hard, just tedious. Get it running and RUN down to the driveshaft shop to get the driveshafts...

Anyone with an M1088 see their trans cooler fans come on? I don't tow, so maybe the temp has not gone up enough to trigger. Radiator gets hot. Maybe needs new relay or thermostat?

After investigating the thread damage, I realized what happened. The stock bolts appear to be 85 mm. The bolt spec for the addition of the OEM A/C pulley is 90mm. Short bolt pulled the threads.

Interesting. That's what I thought it was, based on what I saw online. Torqued to 47 and they ALL gave out. Possibly over-torqued before by someone I bet. Helicoil saved the day.
