I decided to go in middle because there will be a small bed/cot that goes across behind seats to lay on if you don't want to go in camper for kid if needed, still haven't figured out that seat belt yet, also the off center door would have to be 16 inches or less wide because that's the...
On the frame extension you basically remove all the screws that hold the hitch assembly in place I did this by using a plasma cutter and a metal cutting disc on a minny grinder the bolts don't come off you have to cut them off, I had some frame material left over from the front end of a m923...
I actually thought about that idea, very much for a while and found that yes you can put the door behind one of the seats and have more area to (walkthru/crawl) the door would be to large to open behind the seat properly I also thought of making the door two piece where it would fold onto itself...
No I didn't take apart the steel rims with the tires got all five in storage will probably sell them cheap they have Goodyears on them and I only run the Michelin cause I use mostly on road!
A lil update today doing what I can after back surgery a month ago, but starting to get it now, got the aluminum rims from Mrap Caimans that fit perfectly powder coated with homemade oven, put like new XZL's on and starting the lower frame for camper, once lower frame is done i will remove it...
Update on the o rings found them at Mc master Carr they actually have all the o rings for rims you just gotta know the size, the one for the aluminum rims for the mrap caiman that fits 5 ton and LMTV is, 18" ID, 3/16 diameter and come five to a pack for 14 bucks, part number 9452k489.
I am in site 80 coming with truck and M1101 will bring standard cooking stuff too. will bring barbecue pit, crock pot, fire ring, firewood, and burner, etc all small stuff that rides in camper!
Got my MRAP Caiman aluminum rims that fit perfically with the special lug nuts and finally all powder coated and ready to mount tires but I am having a **** of a time finding the Oring's they are about 3/16 size much smaller than the normal 3/8 on the 900 series anybody know where to find them...
I would love to go so put me in only thing is if my not to spec m927 would be allowed in the truck show area it is not original I could trailer duece and take it to show in needed! Also is everyone staying at campground at night or at field if I am reading the post correctly!

I went with the 7 spade because its the most common used its on rvs and goose neck trailers I had to lengthen wires any way that's why I went with the common connector. Not sure what you meant by front or back!
When I can walk again I will do some detail pictures off crawl through and give measurements the crawl through is nothing special its approx 26x 26 that's about as big as you can go there will be two separate doors one on cab and one on camper both open inward toward roof with gas shocks, there...
I am down for now had back surgery so can't twist or bend so I lengthened my two trailer receptacles in house today cause I added 20" to frame length and with spare and air filter removed I can have a 16 foot camper when going over wiring I notice that the seven pin connector can be replaced...
Not to jump around on the post but a easy way to stop air pockets at thermostat is to drill a small 1/8 hole in the plate that opens and closes this lets air bubbles to go through but water still gets regulated we do that down here in airboats with Chevys cause the radiator are mounted way below...
It is waterproof the inlet stack is not done yet because that will be mounted on camper it basically is same location as a 5 ton m900 series the pipe has to go on camper or frame section because cab rides on the air bags and moves and tilts!
Got a lil more done fit a m923 five ton air canister on changed muffler to have more clearance for fresh water tank on camper, started removing rear hitch and adding 2 feet to frame rail truck bed coated entire frame.
