I hate to say it but it sounds like a bad wrist pin bearing. A rod bearing would sound more at the bottom. Pull your oil filters and see if there’s some metal in there. If you don’t see anything in there. Drain the oil and check the magnets on the plugs.

I would spend a little more time under the truck with a grease gun looking for fittings in the near future. Might save you more time in the future using a hammer. 😉

Gvmnt efficiency at its finest , how low on the IQ table are you when your drilling holes in fuel tanks ? I’m gonna go out on a limb and guess that “person” isn’t long for this life.
