When I was looking into it, I took the NSN numbers, and did a look up on those, and got the dimensions from the spec. The dimensions were of course all metric. I then took the dimensions and plugged them into NAPA to find best fit. What I found was not an exact match, due to SAE - Metric...
Take a look at the TM 5-2420-224-20-1 in chapter 1 it has a lot of specs. I know that the front circuit has a flow rate of only 8 gpm, compared to 26 gpm for the rear. I suspect that flow rate is more pertinent to what you want to know.

Thanks Speedwoble, I did a web search and found a replacement (part no. G103351) at Greatlakes Equipment in IL. With shipping I can get a new rod delivered for < 410$. I searched Case Equipment Parts local to Denver, but almost no web hits and nothing specific to that part. I have not worked...
Welcome to the forum from Colorado. My wife is from the UP so I traverse upper Wisconsin regularly. I even love pasties.

Hi Nick and welcome to the group.
As Speedwoble said that is standard operating procedure. If you look at the operators TM you will find the correct procedure to get the boom to latch. raise the boom to the top and immediately switch directions. I had the same problem, and it is counter...
You will probably at least want to hold off on the waxing, but a power wash may be in your future to deal with the mud. The wash at this time of year in New Hampshire does not sound fun.
You can post pictures from your phone pretty easily, at least from the tapatalk app that I use. There is a...
Welcome to the club CimmonsGuy.
Where did you get your SEE, post some pictures when you can. This forum is a gold mine of information on the SEE. (I assume you meant FLU419, not FLU491)
The driver side door on my SEE at some point had a frozen hinge. It was "fixed" by cutting the hinges and leaving stubs. The only problem is that the door will not stay on. So I have been working on driving out the hinge pins to replace them. **** are they in there tight. I have bent punches...
To be honest it is a bit of a guess. My mog had the same hose connection issue, and I scratched my head about it. It can't be for fluid because there is just one line. Vacuum was all I could come up with.

It is a vacuum hose for the power steering pump reservoir. I think anyway. I think the idea is to get bubbles / froth from circulating. At least that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

I want to give a recommendation for Malone Specialty Inc. located in Mentor Ohio , and especially Larry Smith who works there. A while back I posted about a broken fitting I had on the power steering pump.
I scoured the internet and talked to multiple local vendors looking for any thing that...
Not very good pictures unfortunately. I still have the cab tipped. But here is what I have
Yes I know FLU farm recommends running the front ones backward. I will likely do that eventually. But the tires will probably be coming off again when I do the breaks.

Let us know if the reverse process works as well. I used a cable winch and a near by tree to get mine off, but this looks a lot better. How was the clearance with the boom?
I am wondering if a similar process might work for raising and lowering the cab. In that case I would probably attach a...
Welcome to the group. This is the best thread because it is the one that is most closely monitored. Which is why it is so long. Lots of good info here, but sometimes you have to dig.

They are definitely not wider, if anything they are slightly narrower in the fattest part of the tire. because of the larger lugs they may look a little wider. They may be slightly taller, but I suspect that is because they have new tread. All in all they are pretty similar, just a very...
