Are you grounding the glow plugs when testing? The block is 5he ground when they are in the motor. If its not grounded when testing, no glow.

Try searching m819, or m246, or an m62 should work too. Only difference is a manual crane extension section.

Good old used motor oil works as well as anything for coolant while drilling. Some use expensive stuff for tapping, I use atf.

Its a jumper cable system originally. Is yours the 2 pin or nato single pin? The nato ones are easily upgraded, the 2 pin not so much. They are rated about 500amps stock I believe.
