If there is a slight difference in tubing diameter do consider that 10mm and 3/8 are very close in size but not close enough to be compatible like 8mm and 5/16. If you had dimension related issues it was likely due to metric vs standard incompatibility.
For those trusting their these lines are...
The pre-diluted extended life coolants ARE 50/50 ethylene glycol and water with corrosion inhibitor.
You MUST not run any coolant without corrosion inhibitors.
If you WANT conventional coolant hit up your local Caterpillar dealer and ask for Cat DEAC coolant. It comes pre-diluted 50/50 and has...
Nylon may have questionable compatibility with some diesel fuels.

I don't know what diameter you're working with but this stuff resist just about every fuel at all temperatures and in sunlight...
If you don't know the history of your coolant then you must change it. If the system is in good condition, drain it, fill it with fresh water, drain it, and fill it with new coolant of your choice. Use the OEM coolant if you have any concerns about compatibility. Otherwise you'll need to do a...
Turbocharger bushings are meant to rotate in the housing. This means there is clearance between the shaft and the bushing and clearance between the bushing and the housing. All of this clearance makes them feel loose. As long as you can't make the compressor touch the housing the turbo is good...
NewMar specializes in this. They are a commercial duty option so expect to spend $400-800 depending on the size of power supply you purchase.

Furuno has similar products.
Check Mouser if you know more about what you need...
Epoxies bond well to ABS. I would consider using some fiberglass tape to fill the gap and using an epoxy resin such as West System, available at your local boat hardware store.
If you can close the seam use an adhesive polyurethane sealant. 3M 5200 is a favorite but not UV resistant. Your local...
J30R9 is good. It has a Viton tube with chlorinated polyethylene cover. The R10 hose has a Viton cover. CPE is often used for electrical wire insulation and has good durability under hood.
Methanol (Heet at your local auto parts store) can free up stuck plungers and racks on installed injectors. Pour it all over anywhere you think it can access moving parts.
What is the goal? In temperate climates starting batteries last 5-7 years. In desert climates it's 3-5 years. Cold climates are a bit more complicated. Does anybody have evidence of their preferred charging system extending their battery life beyond 5 years? Was it worth the investment?
Other brands of OAT coolant mention 10% contamination tolerance meaning you can safely leave behind 10% of your old coolant. If you do a phosphoric acid flush you'll want to purge with fresh water.
Don't mix coolants. You can't judge them by the color anymore. Modern coolants are all organic acid based. Inorganic acid based coolants are available in some heavy duty applications but not from the auto parts store. That Starbrite cooling is organic acid tech like modern coolants but uses...
When hanging your pipe keep in mind that you're going to have to accommodate ~1" of growth over a 25 foot run assuming the pipe is well insulated and 600°F over ambient. The key is to have a fixed hanger at the engine end and the remaining hangers are floating to allow for this type of growth...
