Nov 18-20, same place, convoy into town for lunch (hopefully with helicopter pilots along for the ride), then hit the trails

I'll check with the owner, but I think any clearing we did would be strictly for our benefit. I doubt we are going to be able to do anything to get the price down any more since he is already charging us less than half of what his current rate is.

They are more than welcome to bring anything they want. It doesn't have to be an M35. Anything WWII would be great.

I've checked with the local musaum and they aren't into this kind of thing. I'll check with txdodgeman and see if he can pass the word along down there.

We can let people who "work" at the 2 museums know about it, but we need to be careful who all gets invited since we all have our trucks and possibly the helicopters out there.

Barrman is getting the rally listed on the Lone Star MVPA site, which should help with attendance.

A few updates for the Nov Rally. The owner has had to increase his rates to cover thefts and vandalism on his property. He is still cutting us a huge break since we have been there 3 times already and have never damaged anything. His new rate is $750/night, but he is only charging us $300/night...

As always, you don't have to have/bring an MV to attend. Just have a love for all things OD green.

I talked to the owner of BVORR today and he said that far in advance, all weekends are open. I was looking at the weekend of Nov 18-20 or Dec 2-4. Let me know what ya'll think about staying at BVORR and those weekends.

Hope you guys are ok and like the others said, the only loss was what money CAN replace. And don't look at it as selling out. Family has to come first.

Good looking truck. Don't feel bad about putting the top on backwards the first time, I did it to and didn't see the problem til it ballooned up while driving around the block.

If we do it anywhere but her in Bryan, we need to make sure it is a secure location for our own vehicles as well as the helicopters. The Army will not let the helicopters come if the area cannot be easily secured.
