Go spend $40-50 and get your self a cheap boost gauge. If you see over 12-14 psi under a load, back off the fuel or keep changing head gaskets. I prefer a copper tube line for the boost gauge.
I have explained it before, and I will not now, here. I am always met with resistance and ignorance from the same select few members. I simply dont care to debate it anymore. Do your own research if you want to. (right here in SS with a search).

So, when the starter runs on, is it the nail or the motor(with green spinning thing) that’s bad? Or just replace the AA batteries? Maybe just dirty contacts on the tacks or aluminum floppy thing?

Do you know that you must shut it off with the “ignition switch” before turning off the battery switch? If you mistakenly shut the battery switch off first, you can damage the protective control box.
