So I am in the same place you were before. M1151A1 out of Yermo. Shot/missing hatch seals. I have the new ones from Mac. It looks like I have the same Armor plate you struggled with removing at top of hatch. Any tip on how to remove it? And then hatch seal just clips in all the way around?

I appreciate it! Yeah I had re-read the whole thread several times. I am still a little lost on the support set up in a later truck. My understanding is there is a ring that drops in and the roof is the actual support...and the slewing ring bolts to that support ring? but I am coming short on...
