Here you go. He's even got it broken into steps. There are tons of different ways to do it, but it gives you the general idea.

If you are up for a challenge you could always check my build thread or website for ideas on my bobbed deuce project. See links...
Tim,
Glad you made it home before you ran out of water.
When my deuce still had the multifuel engine I purchased new radiator hoses from Erik's military surplus. Now that I have the Cummins 5.9L I went with custom silicone.
Lower radiator hose for multifuel...
Hauled some old fencing off to a friend's burn pile. I would definitely bail this guy out of jail any time of night without question. Used his utility trailer and laughed when I had to swap to a 2" ball.
So I finally took my bobbed deuce drag racing today. The event was an annual diesel truck show at State Capitol Raceway in Port Allen, LA. Using past experience from racing days gone by I made sure to have the least amount of fuel possible (1/4 to 1/2 tank). And I stopped off at the bathroom...
Feel free to browse my pictures below of how I added a Vanner 50 amp equalizer and a pair of auxiliary power panels (12v and 24v) to the inside back of the deuce cab. Plenty of power for everything I need in both voltages.

2) The Good Lord - Thanks for the weather being perfect all day Saturday (No Rain!).
3) Marty - Thanks for the rim!
4) Doug - Thanks...
Anybody got a pair of cab pull handles for climbing in the cab of a M35A2? Mine have seen better days.
This is the handle on each side of the cab just beside the door handle.
Yes, the digital gauge in the center of my instrument panel is the transmission (converter outlet) temp gauge. The Allison AT545 manual says not to worry unless that temperature gets over 300 F. While driving stop/go traffic in 100 F weather in Louisiana I've never had that gauge go above 225...
I don't have an answer to any of your questions, but I do have some potentially helpful insight on the output side of the Allison AT545.
In the first picture below you can see the factory Deuce middle driveshaft that fits between the Spicer 3053A transmission output flange and transfer case...
In the video below it took me from the 0:17 mark to the 0:45 mark to accelerate 0-50 mph (GPS verified speedometer). That's 28 seconds! 13,600 lbs.
And who says the 5.9L Cummins 12 valve is too small for a M35A2? :clinto:
