Got out there again today to mess with it. Nothing on the machine appears to have been tampered with. Cleaned all the electrical components with cleaner and worked the S8 switch a bunch and no change. Started it up and the gauge shows 120v when it should be at 240. What I found interesting...
Just picked it up so previous history is unknown. This is the first I’ve had it running. I’ll recheck both selector switches. I didn’t take the top off to check the contacts of the rear selector switch under the control panel so I’ll probably start there and check the circuit interrupter as well.
I have an 802a with only 34 hours with an issue I’ve never seen. Searched the TM and didn’t find an answer either. Got the generator all serviced up and it purrs like a kitten. I have power on all lugs it’s supposed to on 3 phase but when I have it set for single phase 240v, I only have power on...
I have an MEP-802A mounted on a trailer (pintle hitch) and a second MEP-802a skid mounted that I need to get picked up before they are considered abandoned. Covid put me in the hospital for nearly a month which really put me behind. Anyone near here?
reading thru this thread it looks like the injectors themselves were clogged? I’m having pretty much the exact same issue. Bled system thru IP’s and have good flow/pressure at injectors but will not run. Smokes pretty good while I’m trying to crank it and “acts” slightly like it wants to start...
Ensure all lines were free of debris, new fuel water sep and inline element filter, then bled them to the injector pumps. Slightly loosened hard lines on the top of injector pumps and cranked machine until I had steady fuel flow and then tightened. Then cracked hard line at each injector on top...
I have an 803a and a 802a with what seems to be the same issue. They will both crank but no start. I have fuel coming thru the injector pumps and up to the injectors. I do not see any leaked and both units have the upgraded electric fuel pump. Is it common for the injectors to get clogged up...
I sent one to him and turned out to be there wrong one. I offered to pay for it but he’d rather have the switch which is fine. That’s why I’m trying to get on these so I can make it good. I’ve had these ordered for a while now and it seems my order is lost or something even though I can clearly...
move had an order in with them forever and still no switches. I’d be interested in adding on and see if yours come quicker than mine. If so then I’m putting in a dispute with my credit card company
even a week is a lot better than the 5 weeks I’m having to wait for 10 of them. I’d be forever grateful if I could buy that from you at a reasonable price. Please give me a call or text at 706-718-7114. Thanks!!
I saw the one listing but was hoping there was someone who’d be willing to sell me one without ripping my head off in the process. The Army doesn’t pay me enough to get robbed by the bid site thieves lol
Looking for the 75902lv master start switch from electroswitch. I have 2 Gens (805a) that I need one for and it doesn’t seem that the big bid site has a current seller with the right switch. I contacted electroswitch and ordered 10 of them but they have a 5 week lead time. I need at least 1...
