For all intense purposes, it appears to be the only radiator available on the market right now for your application. If you need a radiator then it's an easy decision. I don't know where you found the Thexton 383 but those are almost non existent. That will definatley help you tighten the belt. If I remember correctly there are two bolts holding the PS pump. Hunt around with a flashlight on the back of the pump and you will find it. Not having those bolts...

If you have a vacuum gauge, just check the vacuum coming out of the vacuum pump. Quick and easy, and will...

    Help with wiring

Thank you for explaining the procedure. So you divide the damper into eight equal sections as you explained, and then follow the firing order by turning the damper from piston one to piston 8 as you remove the glow plugs and continue the procedure following the firing order. Hope I never have to...

Okay Keith, my question to you, which maybe most others might already know is, how do you fine top dead center? Do you pull the valve covers off and go by the rockers relative to the amount of play? Thanks in advance.

    Help with wiring

Thanks Keith, I think your explanation is the first time that I now fully understand the way the system works. I did the glow plug resistor bypass on my truck 20 years ago and never looked back.

    Another yard start

Glow plugs should be 12 volts. I would pull them out and make sure they are not swollen and bench test them like in the video above. Should be a fairly quick and easy task.

    M1009 crank crank no start

You said you never see any fuel near the fuel injectors, The only way to see fuel at the fuel injectors is to loosen the fuel line at the fuel injector and crank until you see fuel come out. Loosen all injector fuel lines, remove pink wire from the injector pump, crank engine until you get fuel...

    Dark Seas M1008 Project

A guy I worked for in construction had an employee who got a very small metal splinter in his eye, and they could not save his eye. Metal in the eye is no joke.

    Dark Seas M1008 Project

If I'm following you correctly a think that arm just makes a loop. Maybe someone can send you a template. It would seem like it would just have to be long enough for a full pump extension until it stops. It seems that longer, may not matter.
