The thing about the Russian vids and the Russian pics (or at least the ones that you post, USSR) is:
- They are almost all Artful and Professional
- Top Quality
They make machines with Ugly purpose look very Beautiful
Plowboy, always loving your posts (and the great pics), but that is a bad word choice (unfortunately) right now. Thanks for the post though!
Keep your good spirits up, and strength and courage to all.
I need to qualify that "fun" comment, per the remark once of my former flight instructor:
- "It's always better to be DOWN here wishing you were up there, than to be UP there wishing you were down here."
Here's a pic for starters
I bet she's a gas!!
That was mighty game of you to tackle the "tail dragging".
I got half-way to a glider's license as a young buck, but then ran out of time and money. That was that.
But pretty hard to beat the thrill of flight. It's fun!
A mother's child should never die in a war. But the mom's are not given a say in these matters.
We cannot blame the mom's. Who do we blame?
I wish I could end that war.
USSR, I am sorry that you are living that now.
No one wins a war. Everybody loses.
Whatever hate is fueling that crisis I am here wishing for that hate to be washed clean.
Hate helps nobody.
I am now saying a prayer for you and all your loved ones. Please pray for me and my loved ones.
If...
They are indeed impressive, plowboy, but not so sure they qualify as off-grid. We still need to charge their batteries.
Now if you want to really talk "off-grid" for a tool, I got one for you! Here it is:
Boys, I know you will get hot, but really in light of global circumstances the world doesn't need any more rocket launchers except maybe to drop viral-testing kits by chute into remote areas.
We love our MV'S for sure but seriously artillery isn't much helping anyone anywhere the way an ATV...
Plowboy, are you talking about an impact driver?
You are just now discovering these?!
You REALLY need to get out just a litte more. I mean, you know, when it's all safe to do that...
With a motion-detector on one it could be useful keeping whitetail deer out of people's gardens.
Just the sound and motion alone would do the trick.
The BB's could be for back-up, won't really hurt them but sure send them packing!!
Your plan sounds like genius, Wolfen, a win-win for everybody invloved.
Outside of the parts issue (and presuming YOU would be supplying those, of course), can't think why anybody wouldn't take you up on it.
Glad you found her a good home.
Glad also that the ground was solid for move-out (hate to think how tht could have ended up in the rain)!
Where in Virginia is the museum?
