I picked up a quart at Lowe's to do my truck. They have a kit with rollers and brushes. I just bought the quart can and used my own roller. It's not cheap! I think I paid close to $25 for the quart. I found it in the Automotive section at Lowe's.
Sprayed inside the cab over the weekend. Doing some touch ups in small areas the sprayer missed. Paint looks pretty good, and covered the Herculiner on the floor with no problem. Putting it back together over the next week.
So paint will bond to bedliner?

The Herculiner is very rough when I rolled it on. I sprayed the cab yesterday morning with Behr paint and the paint stuck just fine on the Hurculiner.
Appreciate the info 77 AMG. I just mounted a box on my truck. A little smaller than that one and no foam. You should post those in the "For Sale" section. As nice as they are, you'll move them quick.
Nice tool chest! That will make a great addition to your deuce. The foam interior is a good idea. I might need to copy you on that, and add a foam lining to my box.
Had to remove a few things so I can reach it, then had to re-position other things, so I can get a better wrench hold on it...after plenty of swearing and applying heat without burning up too many things under the dash, I finally got the faulty low pressure sensor off and a new one put in...
Wow! That would be awesome of you. I hate for you to go thru too much trouble. I'm sure I can eventually figure it all out with some more time with Professor Google, but would certainly appreciate any knowledge you can pass along.
Very Cool Aussie! I've been looking at intercom systems too. The Vic-1 seems complicated, so I haven't had the time to really sit down and figure out what all the components are. That'll be a fun project, and being able to talk to passengers is a plus.

I had a couple nice red oak boards in the garage, so I put on some stain and few coats of poly. Looked pretty good on one side, so I spent the weekend doing the same all aound the cargo bed.
Didn't realize my fuel pump wasn't work....It spins up nice and loud, but after replacing my fuel filters, I couldn't prime the lines. Took the output hose off the pump and sure enough, nothing is moving. I removed the pump and took apart what I could. Pretty clogged up!
I think a tank...
Glad hand and plumbing to it were missing on my new truck. I ran new line and valve and put a new glad hand on. Check off another project! My low pressure switch doesn't work, and I was hoping to replace that last night too. The old one is in there tight, and it's not in the easiest place to...
Recovered my passenger seat today. Used 2" dense foam on back and 3" dense foam on bottom. Looks great and kids say it's very comfortable. Shout out to Jatonka for the well made seat covers!
I also adjusted the air pressure regulator. I was running about 80 psi and read a TM that said it...
