Yep, been spraying it with WD40 ever since, at least about 5 times. I had tried getting it up with a crowbar and hammer, I never could get it to budge any further than what it has so I went back to trying to remove the drag link. Now I have a slightly bigger hammer and I brought my torch there...
Yep, should be like that, I even tried using a torch to heat it up, I hit with a hammer for about 30 minutes and its still stuck, tried the scissor jack and that couldn't even push it up, tried the puller and that didn't work. I'm going to try and just change the steering arm now. The steering...
This is much harder than I expected. I wonder is there any sort of puller to get the steering arm off, at this rate I prefer to just buy another steering arm than fight this if there's a puller for it, if not than I guess I'll keep drilling. Going to finish drilling this small hole in it and...
Back at it, I put the puller on the other side and still nothing, it even bent the bolt in pulley so now I'm in the processor of drilling it out. I don't get how this thing is so stuck in there. I may take a look auto advanced and see if they got any stronger pulleys
Update: so, I grinded it off, now it's time for the next challenge drilling out the rest. As I expected, its not coming off with a hammer or puller. I tried a puller and it eventually ended up slipping off
Yea that's how it should be, I don't get how it's still stuck, from what it seems, I can cut it off at the ball stud and then drill the rest of the ball stud of the hole. At first, I thought the ball stud was possibly built into the steering arm but seems like it's a separate piece
Alright, so I basically tried everything to get this off this morning. I came to conclusion, I'm going to cut it off. Where is the best spot to cut it without damaging the steering arm? I notice the steering arm seems to have some sort of ball joint holding the drag link on and then there's...
Ok so I tried beating it with a hammer and crowbar and got it up just a little, after that it wouldn't move so I put a scissor jack in between and try to lift the steering arm and still no results. This thing is somehow magically stuck on
