I think the best thing might be three speed transfer case with multiplier gear.

Whipple supercharger is the way to go. I have an extra one in storage. There is also an Australian company that makes a supercharger with intercooler for 6.5. Also, there is a site sponsor who makes a turbo kit for HMMWV 6.2 and 6.5. Support site sponsors!

I’ve heard disaster stories. I wouldn’t do it for less that $2000/day plus $10,000 damage retainer in escrow and they pay insurance on policy YOU purchase. You need dozens of pictures prior to letting them have vehicle as proof of condition. Also you need to put tranny in LIMP mode.

Frauhansen and I are recommending large caliber switches to cut ALL power coming from battery. Starter can require huge currents. A small gauge unit will create a fire.

Use the water pump hole to better guide your reverse drill bit when removing the old broken bolt. Use liquid Teflon tape in the future.
