@patracy is this something you can fix - upload? (download link is above)
I'm willing, but I don't have the tools.
I feel pretty sure I could keep myself out of SS Jail if you thought I could be given access - and if it would help or be useful to you and/or the group.
Seems that 20mb is the...

The file size is 193mb
@Guyfang do you have any ideas other than me breaking it into a bunch of smaller pieces? Maybe a way that you as a Mod can upload it as a single big file?

I pushed 3 books and 2 Latch books.
Temporarily located at:

The original discovery for these instruction books was made by @Dieselmeister on the AmTech site.
Latch instructions from Fairchild Fasteners also attached.

Welcome to the Outfit!
Maybe you should consider some on-line docs.

You need some sort of "slick-um" on that quad ring. Yeah diesel fuel could work, but the stuff made in the last ten years or so isn't nearly as slick as it used to be. Like @Ray70 mentioned, grease will work. Silicone or Vaseline might be another idea to keep you from "rolling the ring"...
.
I keep a few sticks of hot glue and a Bic in my toolbox.
Amazing how often some glue melted and stuck to a chunk of metal - or a broken bolt - will solve a problem.

Not sure that it would do you any good. Looking at the used market place for a price or value would do a lot more for you. The government numbers would easily be ten times the cost of a good tested and ready to run machine.
There are several guys in the forums that offer daily commentary...

Sounds like a good plan to me. Thinking about it... The MMO could end up running out past the rings and onto the ground if they have seized to the pistons. It will take longer to do it in two stages if the pan stays on for the MMO treatment and then remove the pan and spray penetrating oil...

I doubt seriously that you could flood the motor bad enough to seriously contaminate the oil with gas. Try pulling the dipstick, wipe the oil on a rag (or be brave and wipe in on your hand) and smell it. Does it smell like gas? If so, maybe drain and replace the filter too. Shouldn't need...

Well... It seems that Son is going to learn some lessons here. It definitely sounds like the bearings may have siezed and that definitely "ain't good". Do what you will, but kinda like @NDT and @nyoffroad suggested - this needs to be a lesson that your boy needs learns. Stay on top of it...

A small tub at the local parts house should be plenty. I think maybe it is about a pound? The container is about the same diameter as a can of car wax and maybe twice as tall.
I found a "Grease Calculator" on the web at MachineryLubrication.com and their numbers - without a bearing in front...

Cloudfree Day. Maybe on your side of the world...
Unfortunately on the East Coast the plan is rain and possible thunderstorms on Friday night and Saturday out beyond lunchtime. We will be "wet testing" anything recently repaired ;-) It has rained every Saturday for the past 5 weeks...

Welcome to the Outfit!
Well heck yeah!
Post us up a few pictures when you have the time. There are definitely a few picture hounds around this site. Guessing you already have discovered the TM section where all the big fat books that will put you to sleep are located... Boring as can be, but...

Not sure. The talking heads lie a lot. Current Forecast starts with rain Saturday morning around 0600 with Thunderstorms and rain around 0900. Continues until around 1500 on Saturday. Hopefully no green trucks start to leak in the rain... That would never happen. Unless you are sitting in...

Serial Numbers 300000 and up
This one could be helpful for guys who have recently won a new-to-you truck from the recent Sand Box conflict. The geared fan drive Cooling System is specifically mentioned. Service and Maintenance, Diagnostic Flowcharts.
