Thats because they used the new and fancy RHOS solder crap that is the new lead free mandate in industry get some old 60/40 tin/lead solder to resolder and you will not have any problems anymore,

Back screw full fuel rate at end of threads! And 3k governor springs did not mess low speed fuel top screw. Just wanted power to maintain speed on overpasses without down shifting to third, and maintain 60 mph towing trailer.
Well ran it today holding to the floor from stop and can't get it over 1150 degrees traveling down hwy while at 60 running a cool 900 degrees looks like it dropped temps by approx 200 degrees and it seems to have better acceleration also. Will hook trailer and put deuce on it and go for ride...
Already had it just wanted to show the kit in case anybody needed to know what is was with this inter cooler everything fit great including the condensor and fans in front of inter cooler. Gun a run her tommorrow a see if temps will drop.
FINGERS CROSSED!
Here is some part numbers;

The radiator had a built in oil cooler so I used it cause if I were to use stock oil cooler I would of had to lengthen the water inlet pipe that hooks to it and I didn't want to modify anything that if this doesn't work I can put everything back together as it was stock.
Removed the radiator and installed a new one with intercooler, its been about 2 weeks project and almost done will let everyone know if it brings down the EGT's been running about 1100-1200 on hwy and not comfortable with that been reading and some people said it should work but nobody posted...
3/64 is very large wire that should be used on 1/4" or better plate you would do alot better with some .035 or .030.
With the 035 you can turn up voltage so you have good penetration and start slowing wire speed till you get the drunK bee sound.
Just the slightest winds will give you splatter you may have to weld with the wind (going the same way as the wind by leaning gun in the direction of wind and turn up gas to about 40 cfm).
It also looks like your running your wirespeed to fast or and you may have your welding voltage to high, what alloy are your using 5356 or 4042 cause high grade alluminum you need to use 5356 minimum.
100 percent pure argon shielding gas. approx 20 cfm
And if your think its clean , clean it...
Got back tracked and just starting now got other radiator out and making mounts on Mill for MRAP radiator will start taking pictures also have to buy new fan shroud and crossover radiator tube because mine will have to be modified and if this doesnt work I want to be able to be put back...
