1965 M543A2 wrecker
I acquired this Wrecker from NF6X about 4-5 years ago. Tore into all the mechanicals first. then I tackled the bodywork...4 years of sanding! From there I did all the upholstery; reproducing the crane control seats down to the wood and the twist inserts, bodywork, paint...
Based on my CARC experience, I recommend you just touch up the peeled areas with CARC. There isn't much you can do about the periodic peeling except an occasional touch up. I'd do this over a total blast and paint.

The latches move easily and the latches move their full travel. Just nothing happens from the inside. You have to reach out the window down to the external latch on order for the door to open.
