Yetti, I live on lot similar to yours and have my deuce parked in the driveway right next to the wife's suburban. Make sure you know the city ordinances and you should be good.

My wife rolls her eyes every once in a while, but knows how much our kids and I like it.

One of the main reasons I bought my deuce was the multifuel and ability to run anything in it. Wouldn't want a 5.9 unless I blew the current motor and had no other choice to get it running.
