well I think thats where am at they have a new box from camotek that removes most of the electronics and gives a manual glow plug switch herd of it -

checked all 8 plugs getting 24 volts with wait light on -

Thx Have not replaced control box yet working that way have not checked timing but would it not smoke all the time if timing off Sounds like it misfires a little while smoke clearing then no more after smoke cleared Thx -

Glo plug light on for few seconds then off then start -

Starts right up just pulled all glow plugs tested with battery then checked continuity then checked 24 volts at plug leads all good 75 degrees outside started smoke 15-20 then cleared and ran great 500 miles on motor bought at 100 no problems til 450 -

My 2005 1123 has heavy white smoke at start up then goes away when warm Already replaced injectors, glow plugs, advance cold start solinoid and glow plug controller on manifod Ideas Thx
