Eastern probably has it but for things that say "call for price" means you need to remortgage your house before you order it .
I called them last year for the hand lever for my M149A2 and they wanted $229 + shipping , I bought a couple NOS ones off e-pay for $20 each shipped.
There is a thread or 2 from 8 or nine years ago during the big deuce sell-off that somebody stated about being denied for a EUC , search is your friend .

Because the sprag unit sends power to what ever axle spins , with louts the front drive line would be under power all the time , just not giving the wheels power because of the lockouts.
