    I used 105 springs, As Ranchhopper said , you will need a spacer block.

    Deuce v. 5-ton for a bob-job

    I just finished bobbing my deuce last week, Going to start bobbing my 5 ton soon, just picked up the springs and hangers today from Dave @ Eastern Surplus. I am a 5 ton person myself, powersteering and Cummins makes it nice.

    Problem with 15.5 80 20 on 20x11 wheel

    We mounted my 1400x20 tires last week on marsh racing wheels,we had a hard time even with the cheeteh air tank.Either works also, but be careful with it.

    I am running michelins, not balanced.Truck seemed to handle rough.I was running 75 psi.

    I put the tires and wheels on today, after flipping the hubs. I will test drive her tommorow.Looks good.I added some new pics on page 1.

    I cut 35" off of the back of the frame.You can cut a little more than that,but that all depends how close you want the bed to the cab. My wheels are supposed to arrive tommorow.I cant wait to get the tires mounted , and on the truck.

    Daniel, yes I just cut the tongue off and stripped the frame down from a 105 trailer. Green , maybe camo.
