What is more impressive than the pump is that your pool is indoors. That is sweet. Around here the trees, leaves and everything else ends up in it making for really high maintenance.

the military rebuilds the 003 at 5000 which is way overkill. if taken care of the actual rebuild time of most low rpm diesels is 20-25k hours.

Im fine with lighter material since i just want a cover for the gen itself.

Off hand i dont know which way you need to go but you do need to move 3 button sizes. Each step in size mives 1/2 mark

I hope wellman wasnt just blowing smoke because i do like thise plugs much better than the champion. Not sure why. They just seem better quality plus they come with the copper gasket.

I emailed diesel rx a month ago and they said they were going to produce them again. They are currently sourcing raw materials and would be avail in about 3 months. The ch42 plus are still being made as far as i know. Rockauto and racemart have them at a decent price.

Well you have the black rubber connector plug then the capacitor which is that 3" long x 1/2" dia tube then that wire goes to the pump. If he cut the cap out and has 24 volt directly where the wire goes to the pump then he needs to check the ground. The pumps ground through the case so the...

Im not familiar with that specific gen set so i dont know the fuse you are speaking of but can you just replace the whole holder? The 002+3's have one for the dc charging system. Its just tue 1-1/4 glass fuse type. I just ordered a whole new holder from newark for a couple bucks.

Sounds like a clogged port or jet. Usually lots of fine little holes in carbs that can get clogged easily. Compressed air, lacquer thinner and small guitar strings work well.

yes exactly right. as soon as the intake valve closes on #1 (blower wheel end) then you crank around until you hit the pc mark.

Thats all thats in the flywheel. There are a few small dash marks around the pc mark but other than that, thats all you need. Each timing button will adjust timing 1/2 of one of those marks.
