Ran jumper from horn to fuel shut-off solenoid. This allows it to start normally but has to be shut-off by emergency kill handle or unplug jumper wire and flip ignition switch.

Okay may have found something the Schematics list a neutral start switch and a neutral safety switch. Where is the neutral start switch? Neutral safety is in the shifter.

Can back feed from fuel solenoid and it will start with the switch. Changed the protective control box with known good one , ignition switch with good one and jumped the neutral safety switch and it still will not start normally. No clue at this point.

Checked switch, good. Checked protective control box, good. Truck will run if starter is jumped, will shut down if ignition switch is flipped off. At a loss to what is wrong.
