Well the last M37 we saved from the scrapper a few months ago finally found a good home.
Atomic and I worked out a mutually agreeable deal and he came to pick her up today so technically, she's still part of the CAMO family!!

Some of you may have seen this truck on an auction site (it's ended). I made a few bids but lost out. Well...something happened and it became "available" again and I bought it today.
1943ht went and picked it up for me this evening so now it's in WI safe and sound...and MINE!!

Yesterday I decided it was time to prepare to begin to initiate to start the beginning of the DUKW project. OK...actually it started last Saturday when we took a 55 gallon drum of leaves, dirt and "stuff" outta the hull. Also found some small hard to find parts scattered in the mix.

Tomorrow, CAMO- will participate in the Veterans Parade in Manchester, Georgia.
Due to deployments, PCS's, and a couple of tragic events, we are extremely shorthanded and can only take 4 jeeps to the parade...but we will represent as best we can.

OK y'all, last year CAMO got help from all over the SE to drive MVs in the Veterans Parade here in Columbus, Georgia.
We have worked very hard to get this event to where it is...and it's the best in Georgia in my opinion.
I need help here...we have plenty of MVs if ya just wanna drive...
I have a very nice M818 that just sits around and gathers dust.:cry:
I also have an older 48' Traileze Sliding Axle trailer that we don't use much anymore so...I'm thinking...put a "wet kit" on the M818 and tow the trailer with it. The trailer is in good shape so that's not an issue. DOT...
Yesterday was an honorable day for the 523rd Trans Co (Vietnam).
The unit was inducted into the Transportation Hall of Fame.

Got a call from a GL Rep...Ft. Benning, GA. this morning asking if I was interested in helping a customer upright a 5ton Gullwing truck.
According to her the customer rolled it on it's side while trying to load it on his trailer. :shock:
