So i called mecc alte, he said there was a smaller version, the S16W-75. You think thatll do better than the s16w 90/20? Just wanted to run it by the guys who have done this
this is a learning experience for me. So i appreciate the feedback
Yes i thought of just hooking up a pure sine inverter. I could not find one that had 28v input. Unless you know of one i could definitely use that info. I only seen regular inverters and modified sine wave at + or minus a few volts but nothing saying 28. I was gonna use it for electronics. So...
Yes i agree. Already set up is better. I do love projects, but this is what was available at the auction last week and it was my only choice and i need a small gen around 2kw
much appreciated on the responses. Maybe ill post a pic when im done if anyone is interested in seeing the end results 😃
Yes. That was one of the videos i watched. He posted a northern tool with model number but its discontinued. And when you click "search similar items" theyre all belt driven options.
I have the mep501a, has the yanmar l48a
i saw a couple old videos on the conversion from 28v to 120v. But those gen heads are nowhere to be found. Id rather direct drive and not belt drive, anyone know of any compatible gen heads? Thanks
